Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product characteristics; these exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account. Some sale items or discounted products may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We will work with our payment processor and your financial institution to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us, as refunds are often processed immediately to your PayPal balance. If you suspect any technical issues with the refund process, please provide us with screenshots of your transaction history to help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
